Russian dictionary for ispell in CP1251 encoding, based on original Dr. Alexander Lebedev dictionary with a little additions. This variant requires strict use of the "io" letter. Dictionary is installed under the name "russianw-lebedev-io", default one with the name "russianw" is selected using alternatives subsystem.
