This is the official package to access to metadata and data of [CRISPRbrain](https://crisprbrain.org) screens. [CRISPRbrain](https://crisprbrain.org) is a Data Commons for functional genomics screens in differentiated human cell types. Its goal is to organize and standardize results from such screens carried out by different research groups, and to enable users to explore, visualize, and compare them. CRISPRbrain complements Data Commons focused on screens in cancer cell lines for survival-related phenotypes, such as the [Cancer Dependency Map](https://depmap.org/portal/). CRISPRbrain is an open-access, cloud-based platform striving to make data and code easily accessible to the scientific community enabling scientific transparency and replication #OpenScience. CRISPRbrain is developed by the scientists and engineers at the [Kampmann Lab (UCSF)](http://kampmannlab.ucsf.edu) and [Data Tecnica International](https://www.datatecnica.com/).
